Parents' Complaints About Childrens Furniture

Designing childrens furniture isn’t an easy feat. It’s actually becoming more sophisticated these days. It’s a common misconception that designing these products is relatively straight forward. And essentially, it is. But it’s in the margins, it’s in the nuances of these things that designers are really having the most trouble. These days, many parents are very educated in the specialties surrounding children. There’s pediatrics. There’s child psychology and psychiatry. There’s the processes of growth that kids go through their first few years. And it’s all sort of cutting edge, and it all must be kept up with. For instance, it’s been a relatively recent development, pediatrics. And we’re just no unlocking the key phases to that early development and growth. Designers of the furniture that’s going to suit these young ones really must encapsulate this new knowledge, otherwise parents are going to come to the stores’ floors wondering why product A isn’t good for children’s back, and so on…
